Submission Guidelines

We invite authors to submit abstracts for oral presentations. Please read the following instructions carefully before submitting.

📌 Abstracts may be written in English.

📌 The abstract must be submitted in PDF format.

📌 You may be asked to choose a topic during submission.

📌 Submitting an abstract does not guarantee its acceptance. All submissions will undergo a rigorous review process by at least two expert reviewers.

📌 An abstract that does not conform to the conference template will be automatically rejected before the review process.

📌 Oral presentations must be in English or French.

How to submit your abstract

📌 Step 1: You need to create a personal account on the Sciencesconf platform (if you do not already have one).

📌 Step 2: Submit your abstract using the conference template (LaTeX) on:
